Guenet has more than twenty five years of expert level stylist experience. She trained at the world renown Sassoon Academy in London, and acquired high-level skills in many advanced classes.
Specializing in dynamic color, highlighting, and precision cutting, Guenet is superb at tailoring to each client's specific hair texture. This makes a big difference in the dimension, color and movement of hair.
Guenet is pleased to be joining Hylen Spa and will be using the same high quality, natural hair products and methods that have each and every client looking and feeling their absolute best.
Salon owner, Sussi Hylen, is a licensed and certified cosmetology instructor, master esthetician, certified colon hydrotherapist, and certified CryoSkin technician. She received her initial training in Sweden, where, in addition to being a successful salon stylist, she did hair and makeup for a local TV station, musicals, and various hair and fashion shows.
In the late 90s, Sussi moved to the US, bringing with her creative talent, industry knowledge, and a passion for all things natural. Today, she's an expert in sourcing and using high-quality organic color and natural beauty products that get her rave reviews from happy clients.
When she's not running her salon, she runs after her two little boys and several frisky puppies.
